Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Postage is calculated at checkout from your postal code and the size and weight of the piece, so you see the real cost before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within two business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number the moment yours ships.

Returns

Every piece here is vintage and one of a kind, so all sales are final — we can't offer returns or exchanges once an order ships.

Because of that, each listing is photographed as it is and its condition and measurements are written out in full. If anything is unclear before you buy, please ask us — we would much rather answer a question than have a piece go to the wrong home.

If something arrives damaged

Final sale doesn't mean you carry the risk of the post. If a piece arrives broken or is not what the listing described, get in touch within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll make it right — usually a full refund to your original payment method once we've seen them.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind before it ships? Message us and we'll cancel and refund in full. Once a parcel is in the carrier's hands we can no longer stop it.
